職責
Responsibilities
1、 針對新項目組建項目團隊，明確成員分工和項目例會。成員應包括但可不僅限于技術、質量、生產、采購、物流、生產計劃等功能人員。Set up project team. Align responsibilities and project regular meeting. Team should include but not limited to engineering, quality, production, purchasing, logistics, product planning, etc.
2、 協調內部資源，對客戶的技術、質量、交期、成本等要求進行評估，確保公司對客戶所有要求的正確理解。制訂項目KPI. Coordinate internal resources to clarify, understand and confirm customers’ technical, quality, delivery, cost, etc. requirements. Make project KPI, and share information correctly and timely.
3、 跟蹤項目成本發生狀況，及時溝通并適時采取措施應對變化。
Follow up project budget and make action plan when cost varies to budget.
4、 制定項目風險管理計劃。Make project risk management schedule, update and make action plan, follow up.
5、 制定項目時間計劃。Create timing line according to customer program mile-stone.
6、 跟蹤項目時間節點，采取有效措施滿足項目進度。Follow up milestone, make action plan to push result.
7、 管理來自客戶的工程變更。Coordinate and manage customers’ engineering change.
8、 協調首件檢查。Prepare and sign-off the FAI(First article inspection).
Qualifications
任職資格與技能
1、 本科及以上學歷，有5年以上項目管理經驗, 能熟練運用英語交流。Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years project management experience ,fluent in English is a must.
2、 較強的領導力，能承受較大工作壓力，接受彈性工作時間。Strong leadership. Work under pressure and adapt to flexible working time.
3、 良好的團隊精神,性格開朗,善于協調。Good Team spirit, open minded, friendly but professional.
