職位概要Summary
Have the responsibility to reach production targets of the welding plant including quality, output, EHS, human resources etc. as well as continuously striving for improvement of products’ quality, efficiency and decrease of production cost. Implement all kinds of regulations and policies of the company and standards of process, technology and quality.
技能及任職資格
- 年齡Age:
30歲-40歲 within 30-40
- 教育程度或專業Education Level (specialty):
本科或本科以上學歷，工科院校畢業;機械類專業、材料工程類專業; bachelor’s degree and above with mechanical or material engineering background;
- 工作經驗Experience related:
10年以上工作經驗，至少具5年管理經驗，有從事鐵路配件企業管理經驗者優先考慮，能熟悉鋁合金車體制作工藝流程者最好。
10 years wielding and fabrication working experience among which at least 5 years as managerial role; Rolling stock or aluminum car body manufacturing experience are preferable;
